Eduardo got to go fishing twice with my uncle on his boat while we were in Florida (I went once!). The second time, they didn't bring as much fish home because the ocean was just so rough but they brought enough to feed us and more! Eduardo and dad were in charge of cleaning the fish and mom took on the job of cooking the fish. This time she fried it with bread crumbs and it was so good!
There is nothing as good as fresh fish straight from the ocean and boat!!
This is Ana Maria's reaction when they got home. She loved it!
She wanted to help Eduardo take them out of the cooler :)
