Halloween on the Square

On Friday, Halloween Eve, the Fayetteville downtown square hosted trick or treating for the kids. It was so cute! I can't remember why we didn't go last year, probably beacuse it was cold and she was too young, but this year was perfect for her. From the moment we got there she was yelling..."yeah!" Eduardo was there with his team signing autographs so we got to meet up with him which was fun.
Her little pumpkin pail was so full and she still wanted to carry it and kept saying "more, more"! It was very cold though so it was a good thing she had her hood on her costume. Eduardo and I both said we need to remember that for next year how important the hood is.
I do have to say that she never had one piece of candy. She still doesn't really know what it is, and if she does know what it is, she doesn't care to try it. She asked for a lollipop one time but I distracted her by telling her to put it back in her pumpkin and she never asked again. We'll see about next year!
It was a lot of fun for us to see her so happy and so excited about such a fun holiday!

She wanted to walk alone and carry her pumpkin pail :)

She is getting to be such a big girl!

She would go up to the people handing out candy all by herself.

The fire truck was there handing out glow sticks for the kids to wear on Halloween.

Her pail was so heavy but she still wanted to carry it!

Eduardo and my ladybug!

I finally got in a picture...

Here are some of the guys from the tennis team while they were waiting to sign autographs. She was so shy around them that day for some reason. She usually isn't...

On our way to the car she found a yard with tons of leaves. She enjoyed running around in them. I loved watching her!
