Catherine's Surprise Party!!

My friend Eylem and I threw a surprise birthday party for one of my very best friends, Catherine! She is so special to me and one of the most generous and kindest people I know! She deserves everything!!
We told her we were going to plan something for her but told her a different weekend. She was shocked when she thought she was just going out to dinner with Eylem and I and everyone was there to celebrate!! We chose a new Mongolian Resturant, HuHot because it is fun to make your own food with your friends. We almost all went back for seconds also, it was that good!
The cake was gorgeous from Ricks Bakery which Eylem picked out :)
It is always fun to get together with our MOMS Club friends, with our without the kids. Tonight was extra special though celebrating Catherine (without the kids!), the sweet friend she is to all of us!
