I know this post is so late but all of my posts are late this week! We have been busy with MOMS Club activities and cleaning up the house after everyone left, that I'm just now getting around to posting! I didn't want to not post about it, because it was so yummy and fun!
Thanksgiving Day we took it easy. Eduardo took the guys on a scenic drive while the girls went through my Goodwill pile and then cleaned out my closet to get rid of more clothes and shoes! We had made mainly everything the day before so all we had to do was warm it and cook it. It made it easy for Thanksgiving day! Dad and Lee were in charge of the turkey and we were in charge of the rest. We had sweet potato casserole, cranberries, parmesean potatoes, green bean and corn casserole and stuffing. Delicious!! We did make enough for a big army though so we had left overs until after they left and then I finally just had to throw it away...
Thanksgiving night after we ate we went to downtown Fayetteville to see all the lights. It was so different than the night we went for the parade because it wasn't crowded and Ana Maria could walk right up to the lights and touch them. She was in awe the whole time and loved every minute of it!
We took tons of pictures and she even got to ride the ponies which she didn't want to get off of. She loved them so much, we might have to do a pony birthday party... :) The camel ride she'll have to wait next year for...
Dad and Lee showing off the delicious turkey
She loves to snuggle with Lee!
