Live Strong

So many of you keep asking how Lee is doing because you know this time last year, Ana Maria and I had stayed in Florida because of finding out about Lee. Mom left some of her pictures from her camera here and I was looking through them tonight...look what I found! These pictures of them in the Live Strong shirts is the day he left the hospital for good! You remember my post I'm sure of how emotional and exciting it was all at the same time! I had never seen these pictures before so these are so special to me. Right before the last couple of weeks, I believe Lee was probably in his lowest state of physical strength and mind. NOW, look how handsome and strong he looks with his lobster in his hand he caught a couple weeks ago!! We have to believe and live strong!

Such a proud and happy family! The only things missing in this picture is Lee's hair, me, Eduardo and Ana Maria :)

He still has his port in and it will probably be a while until he gets it out. They like it to stay in for a year after treatment but will take it out sooner if he wishes. You can see it on his right side in this picture really well.
